Job summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement patient experience strategies across inpatient and outpatient settings.
  • Lead initiatives to collect, analyze, and act on patient feedback, identifying opportunities for service improvements.
  • Design and oversee programs to support service delivery and patient satisfaction.
  • Respond effectively to patient and caregiver feedback, managing investigations and service recovery with empathy and professionalism.
  • Promote a culture of service excellence through staff and volunteer recognition programs.
  • Enhance operational efficiency through innovative processes and systems that support integrated, seamless patient experiences.
  • Manage IT and data systems for service quality, ensuring accurate tracking, impact analysis, and outcome reporting.
  • Prepare and present monthly reports on service feedback and volunteer metrics to oversight committees.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a recognized tertiary institution.
  • 5–8 years of experience in service quality, stakeholder engagement, or project management.
