  • Are data‑minded, curious and comfortable with data to draw insights from campaigns and guide future planning decisions
  • Are able to operate with agility in a fast‑evolving digital environment across multiple markets

  • Oversee end‑to‑end media planning and execution, ensuring strategic alignment, platform best practices, and executional excellence internally and with our external media agency.
  • Provide strategic insights and business context to agencies to inspire stronger, more innovative media plans.
  • Identify and pursue new platform formats, creative opportunities, and optimisation levers that drive greater efficiency and brand impact.
  • Extract and synthesise branding‑media insights to inform the region’s broader full‑funnel strategy and strengthen future campaign planning.
  • Benchmark creative, channel, and market performance to elevate content quality and refine channel mix recommendations.
Brand Partnerships & Co‑Op Media
  • Develop and lead the regional brand‑funded media strategy to deepen partnerships with Sephora’s brand portfolio and maximise joint investment.
  • Serve as the region’s single point of contact for all brand‑funded and co‑op media campaigns (e.g., CPAS ads, multi‑brand campaigns, single brand campaigns).
  • Partner with Brand Partnerships, Marketing Analytics, Finance, Creative, and Commercial teams to plan, execute, measure, and optimise brand‑funded campaigns.
  • Own budget utilisation, pacing, and reconciliation for all brand‑funded media, ensuring strong governance and visibility.
  • Translate campaign insights into clear recommendations for brand partners and internal teams to improve future planning and drive greater co‑op effectiveness
Media Agency Leadership
  • Build a high‑trust, collaborative partnership with the media agency to elevate planning quality, strengthen operational flow, and deliver consistent regional execution.
  • Guide the agency to deepen their understanding of Sephora’s brand, audiences, and creative principles to deliver strategically sound and creatively aligned recommendations.
  • Evaluate agency output with a critical and constructive lens, ensuring adherence to COE standards, timelines, and market nuances.
  • Identify workflow, resourcing, or process gaps and drive improvements to support high‑quality, multi‑market campaign delivery.
  • Challenge and refine media proposals to ensure alignment with campaign objectives, funnel strategy, and channel best practices.
  • Leverage agency‑driven insights, market intelligence, and competitive analyses to strengthen planning decisions and enhance Sephora’s brand awareness and consideration.
Skills / Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in media planning, buying, or digital marketing in B2C verticals; preferably with upper‑funnel exposure.

  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem‑solving skills.
Here, you will find:
  • Community, in which authenticity is embraced, and the strength of our differences fuels our collective spirit.
