Job Responsibilities:

• Execute ECM (Equity Capital Markets) transactions — including IPOs, secondary listings, rights issues, placements, general offers and delistings.
• Manage the end-to-end execution of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures, especially in Southeast Asia with Singapore as a hub.
• Coordinate with regional and global teams to deliver on cross-border deals involving Singapore equity markets.
• Oversee financial, legal, and commercial due diligence performed for M&A and ECM listing transactions
• Lead in the preparation of client pitch books and market update presentations for deal origination and fund raising.
• Assist with the coverage of corporates, fund managers and potential M&A target companies

Job Requirements:

• Strong analytical skills and business analysis
• Strong knowledge of finance and accounting
• Proven track record in deal execution, including managing various workstreams and coordinating with different stakeholdersli>At least 2-3 years of investment banking or ECM experience.
• Relevant degree with excellent academic results from a reputable university.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and produce deliverables in a timely manner
• Independent and able to lead transactions with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and presentation skills
