Job description
Job Summary

This role will support the leasing head in the planning and execution of leasing strategies including AEI if any.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coach the junior executives on all leasing matters.
  • Prospecting, sourcing of new desired retail concepts, marketing and negotiation for new and lease renewals and any other lease-related matters.
  • Building good Landlord-Tenant rapport for on-going discussions with regards to tenants' performance and business direction.
  • Finalise lease agreements and other leasing-related documentation including Variation.
  • Conduct competitive market research and analysis to understand current trends in the real estate industry.
  • Analysis of Tenants' Sales, develop leasing strategies and recommendations based on market insights to attract and retain tenants.
  • Liaise with tenants and building occupants on leasing and tenancy related matters.
  • Preparation of budget and reports.
  • Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders; e.g. with Retail Tenancy
  • Co-ordination team for renovation matters; with legal on completion of lease documentation, with Retail Management on daily operational matters.
