A leading engineering firm in Singapore seeks an Early Talent Engagement Lead to design outreach strategies for universities and manage internship programmes. The ideal candidate should have experience in early-career talent engagement, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with academic stakeholders. This role plays a critical part in shaping the pipeline of talent aligned with the company's workforce needs.
This role leads the design and delivery of a strong early-talent pipeline by engaging students, interns, trainees, and fresh graduates aligned to current and future workforce needs.
You will also own the end-to-end internship and early-career journey, from attraction and outreach to programme delivery and talent conversion.
Early Talent Outreach & Employer Branding
Lead the early talent outreach strategy across universities, polytechnics, and institutes of higher learning.
Strengthen employer brand through campus events, career fairs, talks, open houses, and industry engagement.
Partner Marketing & Communications to deliver employer messaging across digital, social, and on-campus channels.
Design structured engagement journeys that move talent from awareness to conversion.
Build and sustain strong relationships with Deans, Faculty Leads, Programme Heads, and Career Advisors.
Provide industry input into curriculum relevance, applied learning, capstone projects, and industry-linked modules.
Design, manage, and continuously improve internship, graduate, and trainee programmes.
Track programme outcomes including engagement, performance, and conversion to full-time roles.
Use data and feedback to continuously enhance programme effectiveness.
Experience in early-career talent engagement, internships, outreach, employer branding, or university relations.
Strong understanding of academic structures and graduate employability.
Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior academic and business stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with strong execution and programme management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Data-driven mindset with experience analysing talent pipeline and programme outcomes.
