Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of experience in financial IT project management or business analysis.

• In-depth understanding of Front-to-Accounting or Front-to-Back IT flows.

• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver IT projects end-to-end within the Equity Derivatives space.
• Act as a bridge between business users and IT teams ensuring alignment of requirements and technical implementation.
• Define project scope objectives timelines and deliverables.
• Map and document front-to-back processes from trade capture to accounting.
• Communicate project status and issues effectively to stakeholders.
• Drive workshops and whiteboard sessions to explain system architecture and data flows.

The Team

You will join the Global Markets IT team within a major international bank. The team is responsible for supporting Equity Derivatives OTC trading and post-trade systems driving initiatives to enhance operational efficiency regulatory compliance and system integration from Front Office to Accounting.

The Role

Project Manager / Business Analyst Equity Derivatives IT

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on PM / BA to lead and manage projects within the Global Markets IT domain.

The ideal candidate will have solid functional knowledge of Equity Derivatives OTC products a clear understanding of Front-to-Accounting flows and proven experience driving IT initiatives in complex trading environments.
