Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Lead, review, and adhere to the budgets for each business entity working with the respective Finance personnel and management team.
• Lead in budgetary and forecasting process and complete the Consolidation for board packs with dashboard performance included and executive commentary at the right level
• Working as the main business partner with the Corporate Controlling team/Tax Team and SSC to ensure all practices are followed and communicated across the Region.
• Lead monthly updates on Financial and non-financial performance parameters to the Board.
• Ensure all highlights and lowlights of the business units are reported to the Board.
• Influence senior executives in completing strategic plans and complex scenario modelling for the future.
• Interpret complex financial information and provide updates and information as needed.
• Supervise financial assistants and other employees in the facilitation of day-to-day operations, including tracking financial data, invoicing, payroll, etc.
• Lead and Identify methods and practices to minimise financial risk (Internal Audits and External Audits)
• Lead and Focus on systems and process to maximise operational efficiencies across all functional department to ensure alignment and deliver operational excellence.
• Lead and Update and implement financial policies and procedures.
• Collaborate and drive effective working relationship with the Finance Directors, other Senior Executives.
• Lead and ensure that company financial systems are robust, compliant and support current activities and future growth. ( e.g. One Process and One ERP)
• Work with business partners on particular project and workshops providing financial support where required.
• Lead the ERC /SAP rate completion and ensure benchmarking completed.
• Support Commercial function to drive for real time Tender computations and support as required for Commercial reporting.
