Job Title: Operations Manager (Food Retail & Outlet Operations)
Company Overview
We manage and operate company-owned and leased food shops in Singapore, with core business in retail food and beverage operations. We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee outlet performance, tenancy coordination, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall operations of multiple food retail outlets and leased food shop premises.
- Plan and implement operational strategies to improve sales, efficiency, and service quality.
- Oversee tenancy coordination, rental administration, and landlord relations.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore regulatory standards including SFA food hygiene, workplace safety, licensing, and employment regulations.
- Lead manpower planning, staff supervision, scheduling, and performance management.
- Monitor sales reports, budgeting, procurement, inventory control, and cost management.
- Develop and enforce SOPs to maintain operational and hygiene standards.
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers for operational support.
- Prepare management reports, business analysis, and operational performance reviews.
- Handle operational challenges, customer feedback, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Retail Management, F&B Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years relevant experience in food retail, F&B operations, or multi-outlet retail management.
- At least 2–3 years managerial or supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore food retail operations and regulatory compliance.
- Proven leadership, operational planning, and team management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple outlets in a fast-paced environment.
Salary & Employment Terms
- Monthly Salary Range: SGD $6,000 – $8,900 (adjust based on your COMPASS strategy).
- Working Hours: Based on operational and managerial responsibilities.
- Work Location: Multiple food retail outlets across Singapore.
