A healthcare institution in Singapore is looking for a Marketing Manager to oversee branding, implement strategies, and manage client relationships. The ideal candidate should have at least five years of relevant experience in sales and marketing, especially in digital landscapes. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft tools are a must. You will work closely with faculty heads and need to be adaptable, organized, and capable of contributing independently as well as part of a team. The role may require weekend work.
Ensure the smooth running and operations of RCLA.
Manage and implement branding, positioning, marketing and sales strategy.
Develop marketing collateral including copywriting and design.
Forecast sales targets and ensure that they are met.
Ensure financial viability of the Academy and work with course providers for the costing of programmes.
Conduct research and monitor relevant trends regarding needs to support the faculty heads.
Work with the faculty heads to develop course offerings that meet potential clients’ needs, concerns and objectives.
Form network and partnerships with relevant stakeholders to ensure funding.
Source for potential clients by growing, maintaining and leveraging network and support the faculty heads in reaching out to potential institutions, public, volunteers for training.
Develop and maintain a client relationship system to facilitate client returns towards maximising their experience and growth potential.
Develop feedback mechanisms towards strengthening the course offerings for clients.
Present to management on business trends and performance of the learning academy.
Ensure timely invoicing and closure of billing cycles for every courses.
Ensure important course documents and records are properly maintained.
Must be able to work on weekends, where applicable.
Any other duties as assigned by the Executive Director.
Recognised degree, preferably in Business/Marketing and/or Healthcare-related disciplines
At least five years of relevant experience
Strong knowledge and experience in sales and marketing, especially in digital and content marketing
Experience in healthcare training is preferred
Experience in Project Management is an advantage
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Proficiency in the Microsoft 365 suite in general (eg Power Automate, Power BI) is preferred.
Adept at working with various Learning Management Systems
Must be organised and analytical with experience/exposure to data analytics for measuring and tracking marketing campaigns as well as client needs
Dynamic, self-driven and independent, resourceful, energetic and is able to work well in a team
