A leading financial services firm in Singapore is hiring a Management Reporting & Compensation Control Analyst (Manager/AVP). The role focuses on regional compensation control, including front-office bonus calculations and management reporting. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, and strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with 4 - 8 years of experience in finance or management reporting. Experience with PeopleSoft and in the APAC region is preferred.
Management Reporting & Compensation Control Analyst (Manager/ AVP)
Responsible for regional compensation control, including front-office bonus calculations and accruals, while supporting APAC management with financial performance analysis and management reporting.
Support the APAC Financial Controller and senior management with financial analysis and reporting.
Produce daily and monthly performance metrics to inform decision-making.
Manage front-office bonus calculations, accruals, and payouts with HR and business leaders.
Deliver monthly budget vs actual analysis and management reports.
Support COO-led initiatives, including new products and regional expansion.
Partner with APAC and global stakeholders to provide financial insight.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
Qualified or part-qualified accountant (CPA, ACCA, CGMA).
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Minimum 4 - 8 years’ experience in finance or management reporting.
PeopleSoft and APAC regional experience preferred.
