Job Summary

The Management Fellow will undergo a structured training program designed to develop future leaders of the organization. The role involves rotating through various departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of business operations, policies, and management practices. Upon successful completion of the program, the trainee will be assigned to a managerial or supervisory role based on performance and organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in a structured training and rotation program across departments such as Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, and Administration.
  • Learn company policies, procedures, products, and services.
  • Assist department managers and/or supervisors in daily operations and ongoing projects.
  • Analyze business processes and prepare reports and presentations.
  • Support planning, coordination, and execution of departmental activities.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and suggest solutions.
  • Build effective relationships with team members and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate leadership, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, ethics, and safety guidelines.
Training & Development
  • On‑the‑job training under the guidance of managers and/or supervisors.
  • Undergo project and mentoring programs.
  • Performance evaluations throughout the training period.
