Job summary

A leading educational institution in Singapore is looking for an individual to manage the processing and administration of gifts. Responsibilities include liaising with stakeholders, maintaining the gift database, and preparing thank-you letters to donors. Candidates should have a Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent, and possess strong written and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be energetic, enthusiastic, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively. This role is based at the Kent Ridge Campus.

Job Description
  • Process new gift and administer gifts in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, including departments, on matters related to gift processing and gift administration.
  • Maintain database of gifts and provide monthly updates of new gifts.
  • Prepare and mail thank-you letters to donors.
  • Prepare gift reports for donors.
  • Support meetings and events organised by the Office of Development.
  • Oversee office supplies and order new materials when needed, and undertake any other work assigned by the Reporting Manager.
Qualifications
  • Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Good written and communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • High energy, enthusiastic personality, and a strong work ethic as an individual contributor and collaborative team player, requiring minimum supervision.
  • Comfortable to work independently as well as collaborating as part of a team.
