Job description

Duties & Responsibilities

• Service Delivery & Account Management: Manage end-to-end maintenance services for CCTV, intrusion detection, access control, alarm systems, and related IT infrastructure across client sites. Maintain strong customer relationships, oversee service-level agreements (SLAs), track performance metrics, and drive ongoing improvement.
• Stakeholder Communication & Reporting: Serve as primary technical contact for clients—report regularly on maintenance performance, budget, and technical compliance. Liaise among clients, Certis internal teams, and third-party vendors.
• Operational Support & Monitoring: Support site operations through proactive system monitoring, performing regular checks to ensure optimal uptime and preventive maintenance adherence.
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain comprehensive system configs, network diagrams, maintenance SOPs, and account-specific documentation. Ensure security best practices and regulatory compliance.
• Preventive & Corrective Maintenance: Plan and perform regular preventive maintenance across client installations to reduce downtime and enhance system uptime. Track failure trends and implement effective corrective actions.
• Project Coordination & Infrastructure Enhancements: Oversee minor upgrades, system migrations, and equipment replacements. Develop project documentation including implementation, migration, and acceptance plans. Handle as-built records and conduct acceptance tests.

Skills & Experience

• Education: Diploma or degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 – 3 years in OT/IT field for general security systems.
• Competent in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience working with CCTV, IDS, access control systems, and server/network environments preferred.
• Strong analytical, planning, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
