Job summary

An established MNC in Singapore is seeking an M&E Supervisor to manage daily mechanical and electrical activities. You will supervise subcontractors, ensure compliance with project specifications, and conduct inspections. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in M&E roles, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders. This position offers a competitive salary of up to SGD 4,500 with additional benefits.

Qualifications

Job description

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a M&E Supervisor:

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily M&E activities on site, ensuring subcontractors meet project schedules and comply with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Attend daily subcontractor meetings to address M&E issues and coordinate corrective actions for non-conformance.
• Conduct inspections with RE/RTO, document findings, and take actions to secure approvals for commencement of works.
• Maintain proper records of inspections, reports, and approvals for future reference and legal compliance.
• Ensure site work follows BCA good practices and participate in Environmental Health & Safety programs.
• Guide and mentor junior or new M&E supervisors for seamless team integration.
• Proactively identify cost-saving measures and efficient work methods to support project objectives.
• Continuously upgrade technical knowledge through training, BCA courses, or self-study.
• Collaborate with project management, safety officers, and other stakeholders to maintain smooth workflow.

Job Requirements:

• ITE, Polytechnic, or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in M&E supervision, preferably in data center, industrial, or commercial projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of M&E systems, construction codes, and site practices.
• Hands‑on experience in site supervision, coordination, and inspection processes.
• Ability to communicate effectively with contractors, peers, and project management.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and capable of making sound technical decisions on site.
• Knowledge of BCA guidelines, safety standards, and industry best practices.

Additional Information:

• Salary: Up to SGD 4,500 +VB (1-2 Months)
• Working Location: City Hall
• Working Hours: 5 Days Work, 9am - 6pm
