Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar capacity for degree holders.
• Minimum 5 years' experience for diploma holders managing commercial/retail buildings.
• Experience managing a Green Mark building is an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet timelines.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement maintenance programmes for building systems.
• Evaluate and manage vendors for M&E systems and OT solutions.
• Monitor systems operation efficiency according to specifications.
• Prepare cost estimates and work specifications for maintenance.
