Responsibilities

• Evaluate tender, prepare tender submission and Bill of Quantity.
• Establish database for costs, materials and supply sources.
• Calculate the cost of construction based on drawings and documents.
• Assist in assessment of all contractual claims and work progress.
• Invite sub-contractors to submit quotations and evaluate them.
• Prepare project budgets, reports and cost estimation.
• Monitor budget and track direct costs on projects.
• Resolve outstanding claim issues on Final Accounts and Variation Orders.
