• Working Location: Mandai Estate
• Working Hours: 5 Days (Mon - Fri, 8.30am – 5.30pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus + Medical & Dental Benefits
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all mechanical and electrical (M&E) works on site
• Review technical drawings and specifications, identifying discrepancies and reporting them to the Project Manager
• Maintain and monitor all M&E-related documentation and records
• Coordinate shop drawings and ensure alignment with project requirements
• Supervise and manage M&E sub-contractors to ensure timely and accurate execution of work in accordance with contract drawings and specifications
• Liaise with relevant authorities, clients, and sub-contractors on matters related to shop drawings, equipment submissions, inspections, testing, and commissioning
• Organize and lead M&E coordination meetings to align all parties involved
• Update and report on M&E progress, issues, and developments to the Project Manager
• Collaborate effectively with site teams to ensure smooth workflow and project execution
• Negotiate and seek approval for any M&E-related changes while ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards & other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher qualification in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of relevant M&E coordination experience in the Singapore construction industry
• Able to work independently with strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Familiar with local codes, practices, and authority submission procedures is a plus
