Job description

Our client, a well established builder is seeking an experienced M&E professional to support design coordination and site execution for a large-scale private residential & commercial building projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead M&E coordination activities across consultants, contractors and internal teams – M&E coordinators and BIM modellers.
• Oversee drawing, model and interface coordination to support smooth site execution.
• Participate in technical discussions and resolve coordination or site-related issues.
• Monitor progress and ensure works align with approved requirements and schedules.
• Escalate key matters to project leadership as appropriate.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering recognised by PE Board or Specialist Diploma in M&E Coordination.
• At least 10 years’ experience in M&E coordination and supervision on major building projects.
• Strong understanding of multidisciplinary interfaces and coordinated M&E models.
• Problem-solving & analytical abilities.
