Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with architects, structural engineers, consultants, and various M&E subcontractors to resolve design conflicts and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Review M&E drawings, specifications, and materials to ensure compliance with design requirements and identify any discrepancies or issues.
  • Installation of M&E systems on site, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to specifications and schedules.
  • Ensure all M&E work comply with local codes, regulations, safety standards, and project-specific safety requirements.
  • Prepare coordination and shop drawings, verify subcontractor submissions, and assist with the documentation for approvals and inspections.
  • Monitor site progress and quality of M&E works, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with the overall construction program.
  • Assist with the testing and commissioning of M&E systems and participate in the final handover of the building.
  • Attend and contribute to project, site, and coordination meetings to discuss M&E-related issues and solutions
Key Requirements
