Job Description

1. Attend technical and site meetings with consultants;
2. Study M&E drawings and coordinate M&E works with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical / site issues;
3. Interfacing or M&E planning, coordination with consultants and document control such as monitoring of sample submission, approval status of drawing
4. Coordinating, organizing and preparing construction and Interfacing/M&E documents and drawing
5. Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications / drawings;
6. Inform Project Director / Project Manager on any technical / site problems
7. Supervise the progress of works on site;
8. Coordination of sub-contractor's work and ensuring the work is on schedule.

Job Requirements

1. Coordinate and manage M&E works
2. Ensure M&E works are performed on time, within budget and in compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations
3. Responsible for the supervision and coordination of M&E works at project site
4. Good technical knowledge and site construction experience of M&E such as Electrical, ACMV, Fire Protection, Plumbing and Sanitary etc
5. Prepare M&E coordination drawings and liaise with Architectural Coordinators and Design Engineers to issue drawing for approval
6. Need to have strong and wide international relationship in helping with purchasing, liaising and trading of M&E related components and materials
7. Have strong knowledge and familiarity in Chinese and regional market regarding M&E related trading
8. Having design experience in an international M&E company will be an added advantage
