Position Overview
- The M&A Executive provides comprehensive support to the Director in managing client engagements, coordinating meetings, and driving follow‑up actions. The role combines deal support, client relationship management, and marketing responsibilities to strengthen the company’s presence in the M&A space.
- The incumbent assists in M&A‑related research, outreach, and preparation of marketing materials, while ensuring effective communication and execution of follow‑up actions with clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Director in planning, organising, and documenting meetings with clients, investors, and partners.
- Follow up promptly with clients after meetings to ensure smooth communication and progress tracking.
- Support deal origination by conducting preliminary market research, profiling target companies, and coordinating outreach activities.
- Lead outreach efforts such as leads generation, attending networking events, and creating marketing collaterals.
- Prepare presentations, investment teasers, and other marketing or deal collaterals to support client engagement and business development efforts.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Manage client databases, contact lists, and meeting records to support ongoing relationship management.
- Contribute to marketing initiatives such as social media posts, website updates, and corporate brochures.
- Provide administrative and analytical support in the preparation of proposals, pitch decks, and reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 2‑3 years of experience in M&A.
- Strong understanding of M&A processes, deal documentation, and client engagement workflows.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and follow‑up skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint; design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator) are an advantage.
- Detail‑oriented, organised, and proactive in managing multiple priorities.
- Able to work independently while supporting senior management.
