Role Overview

This role sits at the intersection of luxury timepieces, operations, and customer engagement. You’ll be involved in the end-to-end handling of watches, supporting both commercial and back-office functions while working closely with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage customers on watch acquisitions, pricing discussions, and general enquiries.
  • Coordinate servicing, repairs, protective film applications, and stock management.
  • Assist with timepiece verification and preparation of supporting documentation.
  • Contribute to sales and marketing efforts through watch photography, basic editing, and online listings.
  • Support day-to-day administrative and simple accounting tasks.
Requirements
  • Diploma, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Background in luxury watches, horology, or pawnshop operations will be advantageous.
  • Strong verbal communication and people-handling skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
  • Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends (5-day work week).
