About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Luxury Retail Stock Administrator to support inventory and stock operations in a premium retail environment. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, meticulous, and enjoys working behind the scenes to ensure smooth store operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate stock records and inventory reports
  • Perform stock receiving, tagging, and system updates
  • Support stock transfers between stores and warehouses
  • Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliation
  • Coordinate with retail and warehouse teams on stock availability
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of luxury merchandise
  • Assist with administrative documentation and filing
  • Support audit and compliance requirements
Requirements
  • Previous experience in retail operations, stock control, or inventory administration preferred
