A governmental agency in Singapore is seeking a Manager for Community Partnership to lead community engagement efforts and manage communication strategies. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of people-related experience, strong skills in public education and event management, and a degree in Engineering or Mass Communications. The role involves fostering relationships with grassroots organizations and contributing to community-led programs.
MANAGER, COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIP
We are looking for dynamic and creative professionals to be a part of our dedicated team spearheading efforts in a community-centric organisation to understand the ground, foster closer community relations and respond to ideas, suggestions and requests on land transport related matters, and community-led programmes and other LTA’s initiatives.
You will have the opportunity to engage the community to collaborate and explain the rationale of our various policies / procedures where needed; and the activation of measures or actions to bring about an improved living environment, including community-led programmes and placemaking. You will provide value‑add to the community by interacting with them through meetings with grassroots organisations, carry out public education programmes and publicity campaigns on LTA’s initiatives at community gatherings and co‑organise community events with grassroots, as well as other engagement efforts.
This role involves developing an overall community communications & engagement strategy in partnership with the internal divisions to foster understanding and support for LTA’s programmes, creating and managing diverse communication materials for physical and digital platforms, coordinating internal approvals, and proactively tracking progress/status and analysing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure effective project delivery and successful community outreach.
