The successful candidate will possess at least 3 years of experience in consulting or IT implementation, strong analytical skills, and be self-motivated. This role involves translating business needs into requirements and providing support throughout the project life cycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Consulting or IT system implementation.
• Proficient in SIT, UAT, Training, and Go-Live Support.
• Excellent analytical skills to articulate business problems and use cases.

Responsibilities

• Understand business needs and translate them into requirements specifications.
• Conduct user requirement scoping involving functional and non-functional requirements.
• Work closely with technical teams to assess feasibility and propose solution options.
• Deliver functional design including prototypes and business logic flowchart.
• Plan and conduct internal UAT based on business workflow.
