Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Sales: Greet every customer with a warm welcome and provide an exceptional, personalised shopping experience. Proactively share your knowledge of our tea blends and accessories to confidently recommend products and meet sales targets.

Product Expertise: Become an expert on our teas, from our classic favorites to new seasonal blends. You will be a go-to resource for customers, helping them understand our “farm-to-cup” philosophy and the art of brewing.

Store Operations & Visual Merchandising: Maintain the store's pristine appearance and inviting atmosphere. This includes keeping displays organised, assisting with inventory, and ensuring our products are showcased beautifully.

Point-of-Sales Transactions: Handle all sales, returns, and payment processes with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring a smooth checkout experience for every customer.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to ensure the store runs smoothly every day. Your energy and positive attitude will be key to a dynamic and collaborative workplace.

Compliance: Uphold all company standards and policies, from sales procedures to safety protocols.

Requirements

A highly driven, positive, and outgoing attitude with a passion for tea.

Excellent communication skills in English.
