🚛 Logistics Supervisor!

Location: Greenwich Drive

• Salary: Up to $3,500 basic + Variable Bonus

• Work Hours: Rotating shifts – 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Month 1) / 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM (Month 2)

Are you a detail-oriented leader with a passion for logistics and supply chain management? We are looking for a Logistics Supervisor to oversee inventory, streamline warehouse operations, and lead a dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all inventory records are accurate and up-to-date in the ERP system.
• Oversee daily cycle counts, weekly counts, and monthly/quarterly stock takes.
• Track slow-moving, expired, damaged, and blocked stock and recommend actions.
• Lead, train, and supervise the inventory control team.
• Collaborate with Operations and suppliers to ensure smooth inventory flow.
• Develop and enhance inventory SOPs and implement best practices.
• Identify opportunities to reduce errors, increase accuracy, and optimize warehouse space.

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Logistics or Supply Chain.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and operational reporting.
• Must be able to commit to overtime and rotating shifts.
