Job summary

A logistics company in Singapore is seeking a logistics coordinator to manage shipments and update transactions in SAP. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in the logistics industry and skills in inventory management. You will work Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement in logistics processes.

• Manage all incoming/outgoing shipments and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Perform and update system transactions in SAP.
• Maintain and archive shipment documents.
• Collaborate with warehouse and internal teams.
• Liaise with freight forwarders and arrange local deliveries.
• Oversee inventory accuracy through stock counts.
• Handle purchase of indirect materials.

The Role

• Manage all incoming/outgoing shipments and ensure documentation accuracy, compliance, and timely submission.
• Perform and update system transactions in SAP, including production orders, inventory, and RMA.
• Maintain and archive shipment documents, stock count sheets, and discrepancy reports.
• Collaborate with warehouse and internal teams to support operational priorities.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, transporters, and arrange local deliveries.
• Oversee inventory accuracy through stock counts, NEA reporting, and discrepancy tracking.
• Handle purchase of indirect materials and generate delivery notes as required.
• Ensure housekeeping, safety, and continuous improvement of logistics processes.
