Job summary

A logistics company is seeking a Logistics Service Officer to join their team in Tuas. The ideal candidate will handle tasks such as inventory management, data entry, and coordinating with customers to ensure smooth operations. Candidates should have a minimum of Nitec in Logistics or related fields and be proficient in Excel and verbal communication. Experience with i-WMS or SAP is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Minimally Nitec/ Higher Nitec in Logistics and Supply Chain Management/ relevant field of study.
  • Good excel/words, written & verbal communication skills.
  • Preferably with i-WMS or SAP knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Performing QR/bar coding, data entry, inventory management and support, documentations.
  • Coordinating with customer and internally for warehouse and inventory related matters.
  • Ensuring all paperwork, system and filing is completed on time and accurately.
  • Planning and following up on orders to ensure on time deliveries.
  • Maintaining accurate and updated records of inventory.
  • Organising trucking and service support.
  • Attending to customer enquiries and ensuring all requests are resolved.

Pacific Logistics Group is looking for a Logistics Service Officer to join our expanding team in Tuas.


Working hours: Mondays to Fridays; 8:30am to 6:30pm


Job Description


  • Performing QR/bar coding, data entry, inventory management and support, documentations

  • Coordinating with customer and internally for warehouse and inventory related matters

  • Ensuring all paperwork, system and filing is completed on time and accurately

  • Planning and following up on orders to ensure on time deliveries

  • Maintaining accurate and updated records of inventory (cycle count and inventory)

  • Organising trucking and service support

  • Inventory reports, communications with customers

  • Attending to customer enquiries and ensuring all requests and issues are resolved

  • Managing service handlers and service providers

  • Any other duties as assigned by superior


Job Requirements
