• Lead and manage the full logistics support function
• Supervise and develop a team of supervisors and logistics support staff
• Manage inventory, infrastructure, estate services, and equipment lifecycle
• Liaise with contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth operational execution
• Plan and coordinate logistics support for large-scale events, deployments, and special operations
• Monitor KPIs, prepare operational reports, and recommend process improvements
• Ensure all logistics activities comply with security, safety, and audit requirements

• Oversee procurement processes and ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to secure quality goods/services at optimal cost
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, audit requirements, and regulatory frameworks
