• 2-5 years’ experience in a Logistics Coordinator role or Customer Service experience in 3PL Logistics environment.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Strong spoken and written communication skills in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Handle and process customer orders and enquiries.
• Monitor the status of orders and coordinate delivery.
• Update stock and prepare weekly stock reports.
