Job Scope

• Oversee daily store and site operations, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards.
• Manage inventory control, procurement, and supplier coordination to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Handle logistics and shipment processes, including tracking, delivery verification, and discrepancy resolution.
• Support engineering projects with materials sourcing, technical coordination, and maintenance assistance.
• Administer tenancy and site-related matters, including lease records, access coordination, and property liaison.
• Manage warranty and RMA processes, prepare reports, and perform general administrative support for operations.

Requirements

• Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or Equivalent
• 2–4 Years in Warehouse & Inventory Management & Contract Management Experience
• Possess Class 3 Driving Licence is a MUST
• Candidate who are familiar with RMA process and Managing maintenance project added to advantage
