Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 3 years in logistics/operations management, preferably in industrial or waste management.
• Strong planning, operational problem-solving, and safety knowledge.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure contractors comply with safety, PPE, and documentation requirements.
• Coordinate with Sales & Customer Service on collection requests and customer queries.
• Develop KPIs to evaluate contractors and suppliers.
• Plan transport capacity and oversee equipment maintenance.
• Attend coordination meetings.
• Support logistics scheduling and back-up the Logistics Executive when needed.
• Manage submissions for transportation containment and other regulatory requirements.
• Verify supplier invoices and track expenses.
• Ensure all vehicle certifications are renewed and compliant.
• Manage logistics staff, including hiring and training.
• Report monthly progress on cost-saving measures.
• Maintain updated logistics transport records and reports.

• Attend plant-level and cross-functional coordination meetings.
• Support logistics scheduling and back-up the Logistics Executive when needed.
• Manage submissions for transportation containment and other regulatory requirements.
• Verify supplier invoices, track expenses, and consolidate monthly cost reports.
• Ensure all vehicle certifications are renewed and compliant with LTA.
• Manage logistics staff, including hiring, performance evaluation, and training.
• Report monthly progress on cost-saving measures, bottlenecks, and solutions.
• Maintain updated logistics transport records and reports.
