Job description

The Logistics Manager GTR Singapore oversees end-to-end sales order processing, customer service, and logistics operations to ensure accurate, efficient deliveries aligned with JTI global standards. They manage inventory reconciliation, coordinate uninterrupted supply across bonded warehouses, maintain optimal stock coverage, and provide logistics data to support decision-making while ensuring compliance and KPI achievement. Additionally, the role drives business improvements by optimizing logistics flows, reducing costs, enhancing customer satisfaction, and serving as a subject expert in JTI’s SAP Order-to-Cash process.

As Logistics Manager GTR Singapore, you will be responsible for the following:

Responsibilities
  • Sales Order Processing: Oversees the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process, ensuring accurate forecasting, optimal inventory, and insightful performance analysis.
  • Logistic Management: Manages end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring timely deliveries, cost optimization, compliance, and seamless coordination with warehouses, 3PLs, and global teams.
  • Repackaging Management: Oversees product repackaging for marketing and compliance, aligning stock needs and managing essential documentation.
  • Customer Services: Delivers end-to-end customer support, handling inquiries, pre-sales assistance, complaints, and post-sales services.
  • Business Support and Process Improvement: Leads SAP system management and optimization, driving pricing updates, integrations, workflow improvements, and team support.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service, process management, and logistics within multinational FMCG or travel retail industries, with strong cross-cultural and cross-functional exposure.
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking with excellent prioritization and strong analytical skills.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
  • Skilled in SAP/ERP systems and MS Office applications.
