Job description
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
  • Manage day-to-day performance of outsourced warehouse and logistics vendors, ensuring adherence to SLAs and KPIs

  • Oversee shift planning, inventory flow, and ground execution for operational continuity

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse layout, picking efficiency, and turnaround time

  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and audit standards

  • Lead, supervise, and develop a multi-shift operational workforce

  • Coach team members and shift supervisors to build capabilities and accountability

  • Manage manpower planning, daily deployment, and leave coverage

  • Identify workflow gaps and lead improvement initiatives

  • Prepare and present operational performance reports to senior leadership

  • Manage day-to-day engagement with outsourced providers and monitor vendor performance

  • Support the rollout and adoption of digital tools for operational efficiency

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve operational and service issues

  • Order Processing: Provide oversight on order management and service coordination, driving timely issue resolution and continuous improvement across service workflows

  • On‑Site Operations Support: Drive operational coordination across on‑site activities, ensuring consistent service delivery, effective escalation handling, and operational readiness
