Job description

Our client is a Wholesaler Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Outbound Logistics Lead (Export / Outbound) to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee all outbound logistics operations and provide support to the sales team.
• Maintain accurate data in business systems, including sales orders, invoices, delivery orders, stock movements, etc.
• Prepare, review, and verify shipping documents to ensure compliance with export regulations.
• Sort and distribute shipping documents to relevant teams, including finance and sales departments.
• Monitor shipments, check error logs, and provide updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Communicate with different external stakeholder such as shipping companies, transport providers, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely delivery.
• Review supplier, forwarder, and warehouse invoices before reporting to management.
• Participate in logistics cost negotiation and process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Track intercompany shipments, file and archive documents, and assist in month-end closing.
• Assist in physical stock counts at third-party warehouses and coordinate regular meetings with logistics partners.
• Perform other logistics and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Logistics or equivalent.
• Min 6 years of relevant experience in logistics function.
• Familiar with SAP system will be advantageous.
