Job Description

• Coordinate between customers, suppliers, internal manufacturing department and forwarder to meet shipment schedules for both export and import shipments
• Inventory management and maintenance of accurate stock records
• Perform monthly/ yearly stock take and reporting (External / Internal)
• Manage store operations, including receiving, inspecting, sorting, labeling, cleaning, packing, issuing goods and loading
• Ensure proper packaging and unpacking protocols are followed
• Ensure warehouse storage capacity is kept at optimal levels
• Uphold workplace safety and health practices
• Skip bin management
• Ad-hoc tasks by Management

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess minimum Secondary Education and above
• At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in the related field is required
• Hardworking and independent
• Good Working Attitude
• Team player and able to multi-task
• Must possess a valid Singapore forklift licence (WSQ Operate Forklift Certification)
• All times compliance to the safety and security protocol/SOP of Genic Singapore Pte Ltd
• Computer Literate – Proficiency in Microsoft Office e.g., Excel, etc.
