Job summary

A logistics company based in Singapore is looking for a candidate to manage incoming shipments and maintain inventory documentation. Responsibilities include checking discrepancies, updating systems, and handling goods. Candidates should possess a diploma in logistics or business administration with at least 2 years of relevant experience and strong communication skills in English.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of related working experience required.
  • Must have a meticulous and positive attitude.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English essential.

Responsibilities

  • Check incoming shipments for discrepancies and inform buyers via email.
  • Update data in MS Excel and perform goods receipts in the system.
  • Handle loading and unloading, and other ad-hoc duties.

Responsibilities
  • Receiving of incoming shipment/goods
  • Check incoming shipment/goods for any discrepancies (cargo condition & quantity tally with documents) and inform all discrepancies to respective buyer via email
  • Filing of all incoming documents
  • Perform goods receipts in system
  • Goods issue in system
  • Handle loading and unloading, packing and packing when necessary
  • Update data in MS Excel
  • Perform any other ad-hoc projects or duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Min O level or Diploma in Logistics Management / Supply Chain / Business Administration.
  • Minimum 2 years of related working experience
  • Meticulous and possess positive attitude
  • Good sense of urgency
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Proficient in computer skills - MS Word, Excel
