A logistics company based in Singapore is looking for a candidate to manage incoming shipments and maintain inventory documentation. Responsibilities include checking discrepancies, updating systems, and handling goods. Responsibilities
- Check incoming shipments for discrepancies and inform buyers via email.
- Update data in MS Excel and perform goods receipts in the system.
- Handle loading and unloading, and other ad-hoc duties.

Responsibilities
- Receiving of incoming shipment/goods
- Check incoming shipment/goods for any discrepancies (cargo condition & quantity tally with documents) and inform all discrepancies to respective buyer via email
- Filing of all incoming documents
- Perform goods receipts in system
- Goods issue in system
- Handle loading and unloading, packing and packing when necessary
- Update data in MS Excel
- Perform any other ad-hoc projects or duties as assigned
Requirements
- Min O level or Diploma in Logistics Management / Supply Chain / Business Administration.
- Minimum 2 years of related working experience
