Qualifications

• Relevant experience in document verification.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively with teams and customers.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify documents.
• Verify customer shipping requirements and mode.
• Ensure sales orders are issued and billing is processed timely.
• Update documents in Excel and communicate information.
• Match packing documents with shipment management system.
• Perform ERP transactions (Purchase Request, Receipt).
• Conduct weekly and monthly cycle count validation.
• Communicate with customers via Email/Teams/Phone.
• Liaise with internal teams to fulfill customer orders.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors/managers.
