Job summary

A leading logistics provider in Singapore is expanding and seeking a Logistics Admin to join the team. The role involves preparing and submitting Country of Origin documents, arranging logistics, maintaining petty cash records, and handling billing and administrative duties. We are looking for candidates with good interpersonal skills and a self-driven attitude. This position offers Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm working hours.

Responsibilities

  • Preparation & Submission of Country of Origin documents
  • Arrange logistics for COO documents to destination
  • Take charge of Subcerts before submission
  • Keeping petty cash records
  • Billing and administrative duties
