Brief Summary
- Basic up to $4500 + AWS + VB (Subject to experience)
- 5 Days : 8.30am-5.30pm
- Working Location @ Pioneer (Company Transport Provided)
- No experience but keen to pursue warehouse experience are welcome
Responsibilities
- Manage outbound and inbound shipment execution, ensuring all deliveries are accurate and completed on time.
- Utilize SAP system and Excel to track and update shipment status and documentation.
- Coordinate with external logistics service providers to ensure smooth and timely delivery to destinations.
- Handle urgent shipment execution (DD/UR) by arranging ad-hoc airfreight or truck bookings.
- Create and process work orders, including sorting and prioritizing based on operational requirements.
- Prepare shipping documents, delivery notes, and related paperwork for outgoing shipments.
- Record, verify, and reconcile inbound/outbound documents against physical inventory.
- Conduct inventory checks, generate reports, and perform necessary stock adjustments.
- Collaborate closely with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure operational alignment.
- Support ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 year of relevant experience in equipment/engineering/3PL Logistic environment.
- Hands‑on, team player with a growth mindset and eagerness to learn.
- SAP is preferred.
- Able to read and speak in Chinese as documentation will require bilingual to process.
- Open to Singaporeans only!
