Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment is advantageous.
• Knowledge of WMS/SAP system is a plus.
• Possess a forklift license or experience operating MHEs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items based on customer orders.
• Perform scanning and storage tasks of goods.
• Check quality and quantity during receiving and releasing of goods.
• Liaise with customer service and suppliers.
• Conduct cycle counting and stock taking.
• Execute system transactions in WMS and SAP.
• Maintain health and safety standards in work area.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Salary: Up to $2,300 + Sign-On Bonus+$100 / $150 Forklift license (depending on if heavy forklift or normal) + OT (Optional)

Working hours: 5.5 Days (Mon to Fri: 8.30am - 5.30pm, Sat: 8.30am - 12.30pm)

Jobscope

• Picking and packing based on order sheet by customer
• Perform scanning and putting away of goods
• Checking on the quality and quantity items for receiving and releasing of goods
• Liasing with internal customer service team and external service providers/suppliers
• Perform cycle count and stock take
• Perform system transaction (GR/GI) in Warehouse Management System (WMS) and SAP
• Maintain acceptable Health, Safety and Environment risk levels in area of responsibility
• Ensure the compliance with applicable legal requirements
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Able to work in fast-paced environment
• Physically fit, meticulous and able to multi-task
• Possess working experience in warehouse environment and knowledge in WMS/SAP system will be an advantage
• Possess forklift license or other experience in operating MHEs will be an advantage
