Responsibilities

• Organise and dispense weekly medications into resident pillboxes, including preparing doses for home leave.
• Manage pharmacy inventory, including stock monitoring and checking medication expiry dates.
• Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as prescribed.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized resident care plans in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team.
• Provide clinical supervision, guidance, and training to nurse aides and healthcare assistants.
• Offer emotional support to residents and respond to behavioral changes or incidents.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with established standards and regulations.
• Ensure a safe and therapeutic care environment for all residents.
