Loan IQ Technical Consultant

Seeking a highly skilled Loan IQ Technical Consultant to play a key role in enhancing and automating loan management systems and processes. This role requires an individual who can effectively translate business needs into technical solutions, utilizing their deep Loan IQ knowledge to improve operational efficiency across loan servicing, reporting, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into actionable technical specifications.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on the Loan IQ platform, encompassing configuration, customizations, user support, and integrations with other systems.
• Evaluate current loan workflows, pinpoint areas for improvement, and design and develop streamlined processes for increased accuracy and efficiency.
• Work closely with operations and finance teams to support and test Loan IQ system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
