Job summary

A logistics service provider in Singapore is looking for a delivery driver to handle operational duties, including driving vans and performing loading/unloading tasks. Candidates must have a valid Class 3 driving license and be able to communicate effectively in English. The role involves working in shifting schedules and managing items of up to 25kg.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Basic knowledge of computer usage is required.
• A valid Class 3 driving license; Class 4 is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Drive Hi-lift or van based on operational needs.
• Check vehicles and ensure cleanliness.
• Perform loading/unloading duties at docks and aircraft.

Key Responsibilities

• To drive Hi-lift or van depending on operations requirements
• Check vehicles for serviceability and ensure cleanliness
• Perform loading/unloading duties at the Outbound/Inbound docks and at the aircraft
• Deliver last minute additional meals/items or other outstanding orders to departing flights
• Collect, load, check and hand over meals and catering items to crew for freighter/PACC/Cargo flights
• Any other duties assigned or instructed by the officer or supervisor.

Key Requirement

• Able to read, write and communicate in English
• Basic computer skills
• A valid Class 3 driving license. A class 4 license would be an added advantage.
• Able to perform manual handling tasks, including lifting items up to 25kg, as required for loading and unloading duties
• Able to work 3 rotating shifts
