Job description

The LLM Applications Executive is a role responsible for helping drive smarter, more integrated use of large language model (LLM) tools across the business to improve productivity, quality and speed of delivery.

The role sits at the intersection of operations, research and technology, supporting teams to design, implement and refine AI-powered workflows.

Job Responsibilities
  • Champion and socialise best-practice use of LLMs across teams, including developing simple playbooks, templates and examples that help colleagues embed AI into day-to-day work.
  • Support the design, testing and maintenance of AI agents that can execute complex, multi-step tasks with minimal human intervention, including sequencing tasks, monitoring outputs and escalating exceptions when needed.
  • Help organise and coordinate AI-related initiatives across the business, ensuring experiments, pilots and deployments are tracked, documented and aligned with business priorities.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance research, data collection and analysis through AI tools, and prototype workflows that make these processes faster, more accurate and easier to repeat.
  • Work with senior team members to evaluate new AI tools and features, run small-scale trials, gather feedback from users and recommend practical improvements to existing processes.
  • Document prompts, agent configurations, workflows and “how-to” guides so that successful approaches can be scaled and reused across the organisation.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science or equivalent
  • Working experience with LLMs (Large Language Models) or Generative AI
  • Experience with LLM tools/ frameworks
  • Proficiency in programming languages
  • Ability to translate complex technical LLM concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Familiar with Research Industry a plus
