Job summary

A leading events management company in Singapore is seeking an experienced Stage Manager to oversee all stage operations and manage live performances. The role requires at least 5 years of experience in stage management or event directing within the entertainment industry. You will coordinate with artists and technicians to ensure high-quality productions. Flexibility with work hours is essential, as the position involves evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in stage management or event directing within entertainment and hospitality industry.
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Proven experience in managing teams, stage setups, and live entertainment productions.
• Ability to scout, train, and mentor AV personnel in operating AV systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee all stage operations, performances, and live events.
• Coordinate closely with entertainment artists and management.
• Supervise rehearsals and direct live performances.
• Manage stage logistics including scheduling performers and technical crew.
• Conduct regular checks of stage equipment and troubleshoot issues.
