We are looking for a Lifestyle Coordinator to represent St. Gregory Spa and Pool. In this role, you will deliver exceptional guest service while providing operational and administrative support, ensuring every guest enjoys a smooth and memorable experience.

Job Description

• Serve as the first point of contact at the spa reception; manage appointments, gym registrations, and facility bookings accurately and professionally.

• Record all facility transactions and actively promote memberships and spa retail products.

• Coordinate recreational activities and manage logistics for the Kids Playground.

• Greet guests warmly, provide tours of our facilities, and share information on daily activities and promotions.

• Drive Discovery loyalty program enrollments and maintain updated guest profiles for personalized experiences.

• Assist with roster tracking, personal trainer scheduling, and maintaining accurate service logs.

• Ensure reception and lounge areas are immaculate; liaise with Housekeeping to maintain cleanliness standards.

• Monitor safety equipment and provide assistance during emergencies.

• Ensure guests receive essential amenities (towels, water, robes) promptly upon arrival.
