Job summary

The successful candidate will have strong credit and lending experience, with the ability to manage complex requirements and build stakeholder relationships. This role involves supporting the Head of Product & Design and contributing to product performance and governance, ensuring the timely delivery of market-aligned solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of CCM Product & Design on product strategy.
• Design and manage CCM lending products and processes.
• Anticipate future market conditions and drive product performance.
• Lead the definition of CCM’s target state process architecture.
• Support implementation of a consistent Target Operating Model.
• Contribute to the performance of the lending product.
