Job summary

A leading legal services provider in Singapore is looking for a detail-oriented Conveyancer to manage a full caseload of conveyancing matters, including residential and commercial transactions. You'll prepare legal documents, coordinate with clients and banks, and ensure efficient progress from instruction to completion. The ideal candidate has a Diploma/Degree in Legal Studies, 2-3 years of relevant experience, and strong communication skills. This role is integral to maintaining organized records and meeting critical deadlines.

A vital support role for managing the full spectrum of conveyancing transactions. We seek a proactive, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills to ensure the smooth progression of real estate matters from instruction to post-completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Independently handle a full caseload of conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, refinancing, mortgages, and leases for private residential and commercial properties.
  • Prepare and review all legal documents with precision, managing e-lodgment and e-stamping processes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, banks, and other solicitors, providing timely updates and addressing queries.
  • Conduct property searches, manage billing, monitor critical deadlines, and maintain organized file records.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Legal Studies or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience independently handling residential and commercial conveyancing transactions.
